Terms & Conditions
For your booking to be fully confirmed, you will need to agree to the Terms & Conditions.
Please note that to secure your booking, a valid debit/credit card details will be requested. They are securely kept with a third-party site called Stripe and no charge will be made in advance.
We kindly ask that you give us as much notice of a cancellation or change in numbers as possible, and at least 24 hours. You can cancel by using the link in your booking confirmation or emailing/calling the restaurant directly with your booking details but if you do not honour or do not cancel your booking, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation charge of £15 per person. Please note that if you have booked for a special event, the amount paid will cover your attendance to the event and is non refundable.
Please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes before your booking time. We only hold tables for 10 minutes after the booking time to allow for unforeseen circumstances resulting in lateness. During this period we may attempt to contact you on any given contact details to ascertain whether you still require the table and to ensure there has not been a mistake with the date or time of the booking.; if we did not managed to speak to you or if you have not arrived or called to let us know you’re running late, we reserve the right to release your table. We respectfully request that you inform the restaurant if you anticipate arriving late, or if you no longer require the reservation.
Parties up to 10 guests can be booked online. Parties of 11 or more need to be booked directly with us, please call us on 0121 355 5875. Children are included in the party numbers.
Please note we will require your table back as noted within your confirmation email from your booking time.
We apply a fully discretional 10% service charge to all tables. Service charge is applied to the bill and can be immediately remove on request. Please note that once a guest has completed their bill Sushido is unable to refund any associate service charge. All gratuities are at the customer’s discretion. 100% of all service charge and gratuities are shared equitably amongst our team.
All items will be presented on a single bill. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to adjust our pricing according to any changes in the rate of VAT and new menu pricing. We may need to change or withdraw this menu from time to time due to local events. Please note that all our menus are subject to seasonal change due to availability.

If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know at the time of booking and always inform your server of any allergies or intolerances before placing your order. Allergic ingredients are present in our kitchen. We cannot guarantee dishes are 100% free of allergenic ingredients. Not all ingredients are listed on the menu and we cannot guarantee the total absence of allergens. Detailed information on the fourteen legal allergens is available on request; however we are unable to provide information on other allergens.
Any queries regarding your meal, service, or payment must be brought to our attention at the earliest opportunity, and in any case, prior to your departure from the restaurant. Should there be any matter you wish us investigate subsequent to your departure, including any potential billing errors, these should be brought to our attention within 4 days.
Sushido accept no responsibility for private property whilst on the premises, including accepting any liability should lost property be returned for any reason to someone who is not its owner – for example if someone makes a false representation of ownership of property. For property to be reclaimed, a detailed description of the item(s) and/or proof of ID (identity), and date that the item was left will be required. While every effort will be made to identify the possible owner of lost property (which is likely to involve searching of the item) and then make contact with them, Sushido will not return the property to that person unless they provide these details. Sushido will not mail or courier any reclaimed found property back to the presumed owner unless they send the appropriate fees to cover packing and postage. All items sent at owner’s risk.
Vouchers and offers received via Sushido mailing list should be presented to a member of staff before ordering unless stated in the terms and conditions of that offer.
If you have been given a gift voucher for Sushido, this may be redeemed against any purchase at any time of day and on any day of the week – there are no restrictions or days/times when vouchers may be redeemed. All vouchers are non-refundable and have a 12-month expiry date and must be redeemed within this period or they will be invalid. We are unable to issue cash as change for vouchers, nor change can be given on unused funds.
