We are thrilled to announce the next Sake Pairing dinner at Sushido will be hosted in collaboration with Oliver Hilton-Johnson, Thursday 8^th February 2024 at 7pm. Oliver represents seven esteemed, award-winning kura (breweries) and proudly deliver delicious and authentic taste of Japan to the UK.

 

Oliver will guide you through a tasting of six premium Japanese sakes, each expertly paired with a course of special and unique seasonal Japanese small plates created by Head Chef Mat.

 

Discover how the delicate fruit and floral notes of the sakes interact with the bold flavours of perfectly matched dishes. Learn about the art of sake brewing from our knowledgeable Sake Expert and gain a whole new perspective on this delicious and authentic taste of Japan.
